Three outdoor cameras (Xiaomi + two Ubiquiti UVCs), relayed through go2rtc and re-encoded by ffmpeg into rotating YouTube live broadcasts. A health-check cron detects stuck or dead broadcasts and rotates them automatically — no human required, most days.
